Joe, a guy I met in the Johnson City library. He was busily writing papers for an MBA class.
He and his friend Joe are in the military.  They used the term "head shed" several times.  It appears to mean "the guys in charge," as in "the guys in the head shed need to realize that intellectual property laws are all screwed up."
