by not so cheerful people.
They probably are not unhappy, but most people don't look too
happy unless they've been drinking. If this were a Friday
night, there'd be more smiles and some very red faces.
Usually, even if a person looks grumpy, when I've asked for
information, they've been quite helpful and sometimes even look
nearly happy.
