We took the "night boat" to Fukuoka There are several fast boats
each day that cost considerably more. One reason the night
boat is slower is that, on the Korean side, it leaves an hour or
so after everyone is on board and, on the Japan end, one must
wait until customs opens to disembark. In our case that
was several hours.
