Fried chicken (and beer) is a big deal in
Seoul. Restaurants that serve chicken and beer are
everywhere. There are four on one street within two blocks
of our studio -- and one long block is a construction site.
Fried chicken is also sold in the markets. This is
Monica's favorite fried chicken vendor. She calls him "the
chicken man."
