This sculpture in front of City Hall is also
a recording device. (Looks kind of like an ear, doesn't
it?) If I have this straight, people can voice their
comments about city government and have them recorded here.
We've seen that little ear symbol at the bottom right here and
there around Seoul. I think it means "We're listening to
you."
