This is a typical bike rider sporting the bizarre kit that is typical in Seoul.  He has a long-sleeved jersey, tights, and around his neck is a full face mask.  Not so weird if this were a winter day, but the temperature was over 80 degrees. 

He is also riding a carbon fiber mountain bike, tricked out with lightweight parts.  Keep in mind that the bikepath is smooth and the streets in Seoul are literally without potholes.  If there are mountain bike trails in Seoul, we didn't see them on any of our walks.

I suppose this is an example of the "style" that people say is so important in Korea.
