This is a little artist's colony in the Recreation Area. We met Kristine, the Executive Director of Peters Valley School of Crafts and a potter. She was waiting to give a group of Native American kids a daylong pottery lesson.
Kristin also gave us directions to a "Greek restaurant," slightly off our course. She gave Demetri the same directions when he rolled up a bit after us.
