These guys stopped their motorbike to chat on the way to the hives. Though our knowledge of Turkish now extends to asking for another blanket and reporting that we are good, it is inadequate for any real conversation. Since their English was less extensive than our Turkish, enthusiasm took the place of actual communication.
Later, when we got close to the hives, one of them mimed "stay away or you will be stung" very convincingly.
